Cancelation Policy
Notice Period: Clients may cancel their manual testing services by providing written notice at least 2 business days before the scheduled start date of the testing.
Late Cancelation: If a cancelation request is made less than 2 business days before the testing start date, a cancelation fee of 50% of the total service cost will be charged.
Refund Policy
Full Refund: A full refund is available if the cancelation request is received at least 2 business days before the scheduled start date.
Partial Refund: If the cancelation request is made less than 2 business days before the testing start date, 50% of the total service cost will be refunded.
No Refund: If the cancelation request is made after the testing has begun, no refund will be issued.
Service Interruptions
In the event of unforeseen circumstances that require the cancelation of services by our team, the client will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule the service at no additional cost.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancelation confirmation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
